Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026.

Chinese Name Studio sells an instantly-delivered digital product: your Chinese name, its pronunciation and meanings, and a downloadable share card.

All sales are final. Because the full product is shown to you immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds.

If you paid but cannot access your name (for example the page failed to load after checkout), write to xanmu@gmail.com with your payment receipt and we will restore your access.
